INNOVATION
Straw Hat Restaurants Inc (SHRI)--the parent company of Tower 27 Frozen Yogurt--helped to innovate a business attitude over 50 years ago by what today is referred to as "Going Green." Straw Hat Restaurants Inc was a leader in this movement by insisting on using locally grown fresh produce from within 150 miles and making fresh product every day using only all natural ingredients.

THE DIFFERENCE
There are many facts that separate Tower 27 from other frozen yogurt. Tower 27 Frozen Yogurt:

• only uses boxes and napkins made from 100% recycled materials manufactured without the use of bleaches.
• uses product that is pasteurized under organic certification.

SHRI will continue to follow the path that leads to recycling, reusing and reclaiming.
